Returns

Hampshire Saddlery are pleased to offer returns.

Please note, our standard returns and exchange policy is 28 days, this applies to both online and in-store purchases.

Please note, this excludes sale items, where we allow 7 days to return or exchange sale items, this applies to both online and in-store purchases.

 

Returns will only be accepted with:

1) the original receipt (a photo of the original is accepted)

2) item(s) should be in their original condition

• Item(s) should be in an unworn, unused condition and in a resalable condition. Including tags and original packaging – all items returned will be inspected*
• Multi-pack items must all be returned together
• If the original purchase contained a free item, this item must also be returned
• All products with tamper seals cannot be accepted, if seal has been broken
• Please ensure that faulty items are returned in clean and dry condition, we cannot accept soiled or wet items in store or via post. Due to the health and safety risks associated with contaminated items.

Exclusions

*Unfortunately, due to hygiene purposes a “bit” is excluded from our ‘Refunds & Exchange Policy’ – unless they are faulty.

*All safety equipment is excluded from our ‘Refunds & Exchange Policy’.

The customer “you” are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) this

includes shipping cost to send an exchange, if requested.
